Brevissima presentazione dell'ultima Rev, la "Mark", la mia personale, ecco il video:
Very short presentation of the last Rev, the "Mark", my personal one, here is the video:
Ho tentato anche di inserire un po' di spiegazione in inglese, perdonate le imprecisioni, la prossima volta mi preparo meglio il discorso, io e Sofia eravamo un po' di corsa che dovevamo andare a pattinare...
I also tried to insert a little explanation in English, forgive the inaccuracies, the next time I will better prepare the speech, Sofia and I had to go skating ...
As for the technical data, as mentioned in the video, the weight of the all-in-one bicycle, with pedals, and everything else is 9.3kg. At the moment it mounts a set of fairly heavy wheels, the Campagnolo "Schirocco". I tested it quickly and, apart from a few screws to screw more, I found the dynamic behavior of the last Rev. The Campagnolo Record speed shifters that mounts are comfortable on this type of bike as compared to the Schimano has only one short lever to climb of gear, while to get off it has a kind of button. This avoids crossing the lever and knee when changing quickly, which is sometimes very uncomfortable in emergency maneuvers. A defect of the Campagnolo is that it does not mount sprockets with more than 30 teeth, which for some cyclists could be a limit.
Mi piace parecchio e mi spiace mandare in pensione la pesante "V", con la quale ho percorso 16000 km con tante soddisfazioni. Spero che questa "Rev Mark" me ne possa dare altrettante.
The finishing is a little more accurate than on the old versions and at the rear I no longer used the seat stays of the donor bike, replacing them with two small aluminum struts. At the same time I moved the rear brake at the bottom, making the line of the tail slimmer, I think. The seat is fully adjustable in both length and inclination and the operation can be done very quickly.
I like a lot and I'm sorry to retire the heavy "V", with which I have traveled 16000 km with many satisfactions. I hope this "Rev Mark" can give me as many.

Linea curata, pulita. a me piace. ... quasi quanto la mia!
Marco, I am loving your work! A very sweet ride indeed. I have been working on a MBB on and off over the last few years. Bit of a love/hate relationship, but now getting it more fine tuned. Last year?, I changed to a modified drop handlebar. It was an old steel track bar, so only 380mm. I flared the drops out to around 500mm. Work ok, but a bit cramped at the hoods! Anyway, long winded way of getting to my question. What width handlebars are you using, and do they flare out on the drops? Cheers! Rob
The handlebars are common road bike 44 cm width, with no modifications. Very comfortable.
Saluti Carlo.
è in vendita?
Grazie Francesco
